1- We accept a replacement for damaged product, if you see any damage while accepting an order then please refuse to take the order and ask the courier boy to mention in the delivery paper that the parcel is damaged it will help us to understand you better and claim insurance.
2- All Sunglasses and frames eyewear products mentioned in the size descriptions. All sunglasses come in standard free size only which is mentioned in the description already, it doesn't come in different sizes. That's why for size issues return and refund are not applicable in this condition.
3-If you get a different product, not the same as you ordered, we will replace the product.
4-As through courier service, so you need to parcel the order with all original packaging to our address provided below in case pick-up service is not available at your Pin code.
5. Please record a video while opening the package to claim damages or a missing product. We need a video to claim the insurance from our respective courier partner. Make sure the video is clear with the shipping label and all four sides of the packaging. The video shouldn't be edited, altered, or incomplete video.
6- For Shoes ' Days Replacement Policy, if it’s damaged, Or Damaged through Delivery Quality Issue, Or If you received a different product, we would replace the product. Refunds and returns are not applicable for Shoe collections. For size-related issues, there is no return or exchange.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The order rejected or Undelivered- We attempt delivery 3 times, in case you reject an order in such case no amount will be refunded. If you are not available at the given address inform us within 15 days from the date of order through Live Chat or Contact us Page we will resend the parcel to your shipping address. Shipping charges may or may not be applied according to the situation.
Customs/Duty Tax may or may not be applied according to the product category, product price, and country policy. Jackmarc is not responsible for any such tax and it is borne by the consignee/buyer only at the time of delivery if applicable.
