Return & Refund Policy – Jack Marc

At Jack Marc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. All our products undergo a strict quality check process, eliminating 99% of quality issues. However, if you experience any problems, please contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact Page.


General Return & Replacement Policy

  1. Damaged Product Upon Delivery
    If your product appears damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and ask the courier to mark it as "damaged" on their delivery slip. This helps us claim courier insurance and process your replacement faster.

  2. Incorrect or Wrong Product Received
    If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost. Kindly share images and order details with our support team.

  3. Eyewear Products (Sunglasses & Frames)
    All sunglasses are free-size and specifications are clearly mentioned in the product description. Returns or refunds are not applicable for size-related issues on eyewear.

  4. Shoes – Replacement Only

    • For damaged or incorrect shoe deliveries, we will replace the product.

    • Size-related returns or refunds are not applicable. However, if you want to exchange the size, we do offer size replacement.
      Shipping & handling fee: ₹400 (₹200 return + ₹200 new delivery) to be paid by the customer.

  5. Returns Process

    • If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, customers must courier the product back to us with original packaging.

    • Kindly record a video while unboxing (clearly showing shipping label and all four sides) to claim damage or missing items. Edited/incomplete videos will not be accepted for claim processing.


Returns Eligibility

  • Return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Customized or made-to-order items, including mobile covers and special request items, are non-returnable.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Gift cards

    • Coupons

    • Sale/discounted items


Refund Policy (If Applicable)

Refunds are provided only when the product is unavailable for replacement.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will email you the status of your refund request.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/credit card account.

  2. Contact your bank or card company as processing times may vary.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@jackmarc.com.


Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
To request an exchange, submit a support ticket. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return.
If the gift giver received the order themselves and handed it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.


Shipping for Returns

Do not send returns without approval. Ship your product to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).

  • If the return is approved for refund, return shipping charges may be deducted from the total.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for items above ₹1000. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Undelivered or Rejected Orders

We attempt delivery three times. If you reject the order or are unavailable without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Inform us within 15 days of the order date to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Customs or duty charges may apply as per destination country’s policy. These are the buyer’s responsibility and not covered by Jack Marc.
