Q: Can I return a product if I don’t like it or ordered the wrong size?
A: We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike or size issues. However, if you wish to replace a product for a different size, we offer a size replacement option. In such cases, the customer bears the shipping cost for sending and receiving the replacement.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
A: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement. Please share clear photos/videos of the issue within 3 days of delivery to initiate the replacement process.
Q: How many days do I have to report an issue or request a replacement?
A: You must report any issue within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept requests for replacements.
Q: How long does the replacement process take?
A: Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp/email.
Q: Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
A: Refunds are issued only in the case where a replacement is not available. If we are out of stock or unable to fulfill the replacement, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
